W8r3 but still hurting from R2 :-(

Well it should be run 3 tomorrow but three mins to go on R2 and left leg / knee started hurting, should have stopped but didn't. Been niggling me all day, just hope it sorts itself out by tomorrow afternoon as really really want to graduate next week :-(

Ibuprofen and keep it warm. And listen to it! It might just be grumpy. Let us know how it goes.

Will do, feels a lot better this morning but I'll take it easy this afternoon and stop if it flares back up. Hoping it was just complaining about the extra 3 mins still.

Well leg settled down so run 3 successfully completed. Treating myself to first glass of wine after 8 weeks of the wagon and gosh it tastes good!
