couch to 5k complete, a big massive yipeeeeeeee.!

I have just completed 3 5k runs in a row which i claim as finishing week nine.(Sorry Laura but i left you behind a couple of weeks ago but you were amazing to get me up and running in the first place) I am amazed i have come so far and i have definitley caught the bug (even with the bad runs and the slumps). I wont be giving up any time soon as i will be taking part in the great Manchester 10k run on behalf of Barnardos childrens charity. So now on to claim my badge. Thanks to everyone on the couch to 5k community what a vast help you have all been.Just reading other peoples posts is enough to spur me on:)xx
