Week 8, you are done! Very pleased with tonights run, I was a bit worried as I've not had the chance to get out since Tuesday so thought i might struggle, but I did it.
For a change I only recorded my running on MapMyRun to see how far I'm actually runnning for - 2.4 miles, a very pleasant surprise!
Week 9, I'm all yours!

Well done! I completed Week 8 yesterday and found it really hard. I measured my distance for the first time ever and only did 3.3km/2 miles. I knew I was slow though!
I am both excited and nervous to start Week 9 because I'm really looking forward to graduating, but don't actually want the programme to end - I really like having a routine to work through. How are you feeling about it?
I'm the same, I don't want it to end, I like having something to aim for. I do want to get to the point where I'm comfortably running 5k, so I might bolt on my own 32 and 35 minute run weeks to see if i can get that extra 0.7 miles! I'm going to try my local parkrun too.
