I take back what I said about loving the second runs. I had to dig very very deeply to keep going on that last five minuter. Too muggy out there today and I have a bit of a cold which makes the old ME play up...limbs like lead! Ah well, I did it! One more this week and then onto week five next week! Hope everybody else is doing well! X

You did well to keep going. Hopefully the cold will go and running will get easier.

Colds are a pain aren't they, I've just been sticking my head in a bowl of olbas steam!

Urgh they are! It's only a light one but because I have ME (not badly), it takes it out of me. I had to sit down on the sofa while I put my washing on the clothes horse and every shirt I hung up made the muscles in my arms burn and ache like I'd had my arms in the air for ages. X

I did run 2 today as well, and I feel the same, my legs are like lead. I really struggled during the run, it felt cooler than Monday, but the humidity must have been high because I couldn't seem to get a breath.

I did have a bit of a laugh when I got back though. It was my birthday on Monday and my OH bought me an ipod with Nike +. I was excited to upload my run data and the computer said "wow, at this rate you might get pulled over!" And then went on to tell me my fastest mile was 12.59 mins. Alright witty Nike techies, I'm pretty sure the call from team GB isn't imminent, but I only started 4 weeks ago gees.

Run 3 has got to be a good one, eh? Hope you feel better for that one.
