Ok so harder as it was a lot warmer, but I did it so bloody proud of myself. It was tough but strangely I found the middle three mins hardest.!!

Yeah, they were hard. I did W4R3 today as well. I could hardly walk after the 2nd 3min, but the last 5min of running were okay. I really hope my legs are okay by Friday π
Go for Week 5. It's my favourite week so far, you'll amaze yourself with what you can achieve by the end of the week π
