Week 7 run 1

All done I ran slightly faster on the treadmill and saw my heart rate rise up to 160 so slowed down a bit Last minute pushed hard

Felt I could run for longer tho

Good stretch at the end this morning legs feel quite heavy knees rather sore so might give myself two days of rest which is what I did after R3w6

Must admit I still don't like running cant wait to get back on a bike

In meantime 8 more runs to go
