Week 3 Done!

Week three was a little harder but I am still running without any injuries. I think the longer warm-up and the 20 minutes of stretching after my run helps a lot. Thanks everyone for all the great advice. I love running! :)

I have just done the first week 3 run. I agree that it is a bit harder. The 3 minute runs were quite tough but I guess if I can do it once I can complete the week. Hard to believe I will be able to jog for 30 minutes in 7 weeks time.

Stick with it, Cliff and you will. Thousands have already proved it and I am sure that you will feel it is one of the best things you have ever done. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

AND don't forget the post run stretch.

Well done. Keep 'em comin'! Stretching is SOOOOOOO important. You don't think it does anything - but it does. I forgot once and the next day was as stiff a s a bloomin' board! Long may you run injury free too.
