As a complete fitness-phobe, couch to 5k has been a revelation. I started the programme because I was worried about my blood pressure combined with turning 50. I really couldn't have done it without those encouraging words in my ear. It helps that Laura is the 'real thing' and not just a voice actor. May look at the 5k+ stuff soon...hope the music's better. You can do it, people!
Thank you Laura! Just finished the last run of... - Couch to 5K
Thank you Laura! Just finished the last run of week 9 - managed 5k in 29mins, according to 'map my run'.

Congratulations. Another proof of a successful running programme. I'm not so sure about the music, cerebus. I ditched the C25k+ because I couldn't face going back to that music after running to my own selections.
Good luck with your future running and hope that you are not quite such a confirmed fitness phobe now.

Well done, that's a pretty decent time
Why not have a look and see if there's a parkrun in your area?
Congratulations on your graduation! Seems like many of us don't hit the 5k mark by W9 R3 ( myself included ) so well done on nailing that .Good luck with your future running.

well done on your graduation, certainly a very good time

Congratulations on your graduation & how. I think that's called doing it in style. So 50 is the new 30 for you.

Ive just completed my first run of week 2 - this is just the kind of encouragement I need. Determined to complete the nine weeks but sometimes it is quite an effort to get out there. great to hear from someone who is at the end of the programme!
