I completed the C25K last year and took a break over the winter! i am back at it 4 weeks only now as i have failed at every other attemp to get back at it all year due to all sorts and have worked back up to 2.5 miles!!! Thinking of starting to jog before work in morning as evenings after work im totally not motivated to do it! any tips on morning jogs!?

Jogging in the morning!!!
I just have a quick cup of green tea, a small banana & glass of water and go. Ooopppss after I've put my jogging gear on and wash my face, cleaned teeth etc. I then enjoy my breakfast and a long shower after my run. Which makes me feel very smug for the rest of the day.

I just have a glass of water and go. I love being able to spend the rest of my day glowing and knowing that I don't have to summon up the energy in the evening to go out.
Morning runs always knacker me!! I'm falling asleep at my desk by 11am if I do.
As a student, I wish I had the will power to get out of bed for a jog before class, I know it would make me feel so much better about my day I used to get up every day at 7am for school why cant I do it now.
