W5R1 tomorrow. I'm scared. Feeling really tired and not a little bit intimidated by what W5 has in store for me. I hope I don't get owned.

Believe in yourself, Laura, and the programme, you can do this, and this week at the end you can officially call yourself a runner :-) It is definitely a turning point :-) very good luck wished your way happy running :-)

yep yep - just go for it - have faith- if you are feeling nervous slow it down a bit.

Week 5 run 3 is one of my happiest memories of c25k - pace it slow and steady and you'll be fine, the training you've done so far is all the prep you need. :-)
