Believe in yourself, Laura, and the programme, you can do this, and this week at the end you can officially call yourself a runner It is definitely a turning point very good luck wished your way happy running

Week 5 run 3 is one of my happiest memories of c25k - pace it slow and steady and you'll be fine, the training you've done so far is all the prep you need.
