Congratulations. It is a great achievement. Week 6 starts quite gently and will not stretch you too far, I am sure. Give it a go. Mrs daTruffe completed W5R3 this morning and would not let me accompany her, despite me saying that I would run behind her and say nothing. She was glowing, as I am sure you are and I am so proud of her, because she always said that running was not for her.

Keep on running.

I graduated last weekend :) Unfortunately due to work, I haven't been able to fit in a run yet this week, but am thinking of going through from week 1 again, but on a slow jog for the walking bit and quicker jog for the running bit :) and see how that goes x

I think you will fing that you can just get out there and do a five min walk and then run for 20.Congratulations on graduating. What a great achievement. Are you quite young?

I am 55yrs old, so not really that young LOL. I know I can run for 20 mins, but am looking to try and increase my speed a bit, so that is why I will slow jog and then run faster xx
