Woohoo! Last run of week 5 done.I can't believe I have run for that long
Congratulations. It is a great achievement. Week 6 starts quite gently and will not stretch you too far, I am sure. Give it a go. Mrs daTruffe completed W5R3 this morning and would not let me accompany her, despite me saying that I would run behind her and say nothing. She was glowing, as I am sure you are and I am so proud of her, because she always said that running was not for her.
Keep on running.
Well done! It is such an achievement, you should be really proud of yourself! Onwards and upwards... good luck for week 6
I just did day 3 last night and felt great about it except for my slow speed- oh believe me, I am not trying to go any faster!!! I just need to get used to doing longer times!!!
Congrats to you!!
if you completed week 5 run 3 you ARE ready for week 6. Keep going, you are doing really well.
I felt so proud of achieving week 5 run 3 and am sure you do too x
Good Luck x
I graduated last weekend Unfortunately due to work, I haven't been able to fit in a run yet this week, but am thinking of going through from week 1 again, but on a slow jog for the walking bit and quicker jog for the running bit and see how that goes x
I am 55yrs old, so not really that young LOL. I know I can run for 20 mins, but am looking to try and increase my speed a bit, so that is why I will slow jog and then run faster xx
