I decided to do an old exercise DVD this morning in my comfy crocs on a thick rug on the carpet. My rational was that if it were too much I could stop but at least I would do a bit of fitness while my poor foot gets a rest from running, I couldn't persuade myself to drive to the pool, pay money and freeze my bits off!!!!
Well, my foot did not complain at all, and most surprisingly I found the DVD really really easy! This running lark does get you fit!
