Feeling sorry for myself!!

Did my 30 minute run yesterday, by the end I felt like I was dragging myself through treacle. Have felt a little niggle around my knee the last couple of weeks, not exactly painful but not feeling quite right. My leg is very stiff today and a bit painful going up and down stairs. So reluctantly I've decided not to run until Monday and tomorrow I'm off to get myself a knee support too.

Moan over and on a brighter note, I listened to Jo Brand on Desert Island Discs whilst running yesterday and so enjoyed. Definitely going to download a few more of those.

Sounds like you need a rest or two. You still managed 30 mins- we are so hard ourselves we forget how far we have come and what we have achieved.

Run when your leg feels better :-)
