Having completed C25K last year, I then had back problems (a slipped disc) and couldn't run. Unfortunately I let my fitness slide, with just a little bit of biking (but quite a lot of walking). Let me tell you, 5K to Couch is fat too easy! So this morning I have just started at week 1 again. I am pushing myself a bit harder because I'm not quite as unfit as I was last time and I'm determined to run faster. I don't particularly like running (never have) but I do like having run. Off for a shower now!
