After graduating I have been struggling to complete my runs and wondered if I should redo my Week 9 run to get in a better stead for continuing on. Going back to go forward.

I think going back is sometimes the best thing. My daughter graduated with me but hasn't been able to run much recently so she went back to week 7. She's now running much more confidently and really enjoying it again. Every run is a good run, however long or fast! :)

Have you been doing longer/faster runs since graduation? I graduated in mid July and then spent the next 4 weeks with couch to 5K+ but struggled with it - I managed it but didn't really enjoy it and felt I'd tried too much too soon. Have recently gone back to running 30 minutes and am really enjoying getting my confidence back with it.

No harm in taking things a bit slower and see how you get on. I pushed myself too much for me and got quite demotivated. Love the new picture by the way :)

I had the same problem. I discovered I was running much faster so went back to week 6 and did it at my new pace. I have a garmin watch and i did the same route so i could compare the runs. This worked as I got a pb at my park run on Saturday and it was the first time I ran continuously for 5 km
