Finished week 2 this morning. Great to move on, if a little intimidating!

Look forward (with a little trepidation) to starting week 3 on Monday.

Good luck to everyone with your runs.

Don't worry, just pace yourself and you will get there. Keep it up.

Don't be intimidated - you've succeeded at W2, you can do W3.

You're going great, keep at it.

GOOD LUCK for week 3! You've already fettled week 2 so you will cope with week 3 just fine. No need to feel intimidated - you can do it! Just keep things slow and steady when you start and it will all fall into place.
