I'm due to finish C25k in a couple of weeks and I know that I always need to have a target so I've set myself the B210K to work on over the winter. I notice that NHS doesn't do one, although many people on here are talking about it. I did a Google search and came up with many different versions of pretty similar plans. Which would you recommend?
What's a good B210K app / podcast?: I'm due to... - Couch to 5K
What's a good B210K app / podcast?
I did Samantha Murphy's and liked it -- I got nowhere near 10K, but I am now able to run for an hour
I used run helper it was really good,
Well...i do not know of any useful 10k app or plan. I have completed c25k approx 1 year ago. I used the 5k+ programs which I though were very good! II still use them alternating which one.At one point I wanted to start trainign for 10k as well but could not find a good app/plan. I run every other day and 4 months ago I altered my runnign strategy by running the 5k+ programs 2 to 3 times a week and 1 time per week I run a slower run but add 1 k every week. After 5 weeks I managed to run 10k in 1hr and 4 minutes. The good thing is..it is all with your own music which makes it soo much better. Good luck. In case you still manage to find a good 10kmplan, please let me know.
I have used the intervals on podrunner before. I did like them the high tempo music really gets you going, although I am intersted to see what other people have used/liked too.
