Thats already up and running 
has been for about 18 months now. (NHS Couch to 5K) The results of Parkrun are posted every week usually on Tuesday.
Ahh, I had been looking under 'Couch to 5k' rather than 'NHS couch to 5k'...
That's a brilliant idea. I will alter my park run profile and who knows maybe I will get to run one soon. You are right, Barbyk, we should try to promote the scheme as much as possible, then loads of other people can have the fun that we are having.
