If you feel great then the time is totally irrelevant. This running thing is so liberating in so many ways. Mrs DaTruffe is on week 3 and thinking that she will do an extra run before moving onto week 4. Again, what does it matter as long as you are enjoying it.

Week 6 Run 3, you're MEANT to be doing 25 minutes, you're doing 33 minutes non-stop running and you're worried that it's too slow!!!! Blimey, talk about push yourself! Well done! Seriously, 4.2k is a good distance, the speed will come.
