Returned from Spain and lost 8 minutes!

Just went for a run after a 2 week break and could not get past 20 minutes. Was hoping to pick up where I left off and do W8R3. No such luck. Felt like I was going to burst a vessel in my head! Oh well will have to build myself back up again and hopefully will not take too long.
