Parkrun...no not me! It was notpheidippides

I'm so proud of him It was a scorching hot morning and no shade (we always run in shade in our park) and on his first parkrun (aged 71) he did 33.1 . I went too to cheer him on and to have the experience. Wow! some people can run fast! It put me off trying though because the last runner did it in 40 minutes and I know I'll take nearer an hour!!
