We were prepared to run in the rain but just as we left the house the rain stopped. It felt strange going back to intervals after last Saturdays 20 min run but to be honest it didn't feel a doddle either. Just hope that we can keep to our routine but may have to juggle this if the thunder storms come also looking after my daughters little dog who is lively throughout the night causing some sleep deprivation

Well done Mazzero! I think a few of us have struggled with this run, especially after the big W5R3!
I feel better now the intervals are finished for me, I would always struggle to get going again after a walking interval on the longer runs. Keep at it, you're doing great! Hope you don't lose too much sleep with you're little visitor!
