For a whole variety of reasons including the sun, I haven't been out for ages. I burn really easily so getting up and first thing is slapping on a ton of sun block has put me off totally.
But with cloud cover I went out this evening and...
...I actually managed 25 minutes....amazed and really pleased with myself. I am hoping is it isn't so sunny for the rest of the summer so I can get out again, and if not, then I will need to join a gym.
One big issue I have is I hardly sweat so I just get hotter and hotter, and feel faint (think it is due to my stupidly small veins-I have Reynaulds), so an air conditioned gym might help; although I will miss the fresh air.
I am not proud that I have not run more than twice in 5 weeks, but that I managed 25 mins means that I can get back to my 40 mins before too long ;0)
