Finally finished Week 6!

Well, after being so cocky at the end of week 5 and thinking of skipping a week (thanks healthunlocked peeps for setting me straight on that one) it's taken me over two weeks to do week 6!

Holiday + ill + heeeeeeat = not running

But I finally got my running shoes back on tonight, despite the heat, a blister and just generally being knackered. I knew I was getting into the danger zone of not picking it back up again. It was alright actually. 22min straight jog and then a bit of an extra run. Heat made me all warm and limber.

Also it turned out I did have asthma - so I now have an inhaler. Should make life a bit easier. Only comes on with exercise.....another excuse, but I won't give in.
