Good morning Tor and gratz on run one. Did my run2 yesterday and with the heat and uphill route I took twas a bit of a sweater but enjoyed every minute of it. The big one tomorrow, 20 mins non-stop so am gonna wimp out with the flat route lol. That music doesn't get any easier though
hey - now you really are onto this running thing. the one thing I loved about week5 was that it finally dawned on me that we can actually do this... I know it can be daunting, but you are physically ready for it - and sounds like you're well prepared too.
wishing you all the best, hope it is a lot cooler for you, you will be fine you are prepared, you can do it, you have worked hard to be here and you will be amazed at yourself! best of luck
