Hi All :) I graduated last week but then the day after i had my wisdom tooth extracted! anyways i have been out running since , i went for a 30min run then downloaded the C210K APP but you start from week 9 as week 1-9 is a building block from 0 - 5k :) week 9 starts with 4 x 10min runs with 1x min intervals inbetween each run. What does everyone else do??? Thanks :) xxxxxxxxxxxxx
