Oops, ditched Laura and look what happened...

Was meant to do my W8R1 last night. Got out at 7.30pm as it was cooler then and decided that i'd run to a running album rather than Laura- I knew I had to do 28 mins so thought what's the harm?

Running to music that I actually like was great, it pushed me along, and I didn't feel lost without hearing the timings that Laura says as I knew my route.

Knowing where 25 mins would get me on my route, I carried on feeling good, knowing I needed to do a few more.

I DID 30 MINS RUNNING!

Turns out in 30 mins I'd run 4km, so not breaking any records, but to go from 25 mins to 30 mins and feeling good I was elated!

BRING ON THE NEXT RUN!

I done exactly the same yesterday doing Week 7 Run 2. Listened to my own music and ended up running 27 minutes. Could have done longer but did not want to push my body too much.
