For once the time flew by and I didn't want it to end!

W8R2 last night, had a few days off and ran a bit later than usual to avoid the heat. As ever I was waiting for Laura to tell me how long I'd been running for and I heard her call time at 5, 10 and 14 minutes. And then something strange happened that has never happened before - I forgot all about Laura and was shocked when she said there was only 5 minutes left, because I hadn't been thinking 'how long until the next time call?'. Couldn't believe time was nearly up and when it was I felt like I could have carried on - that's never happened before! It felt soooo good to really enjoy a run, I just hope it wasn't a one off but the start of better things to come
