Managed to do all 3 runs without stopping. But my goodness how hot it is already! Went out just before 9.00 and did it all. Read that peppermint helps you to keep going. Made up my half litre bottle with water and a couple of drops of peppermint essence. Tasted terrible so added a couple of sweeteners and it was acceptable. Got my right head on and approached the session with the right attitude - I WILL do this - and I did! Boy I look like a boiled lobster now, radiating heat like you've never seen! Back on track now - hopefully! Starting Fast diet tomorrow too.

The fast diet is one where you have fast days and eat only 500 calories for 2 separate days in the week. My son does it and has lost a stone fairly quickly doing it. There is a lot of science behind how it works so take a look at this:

Well done on the run! So you are getting less purple and more red if you are a boiled lobster rather than a beetroot now! I am still a tomato. Maybe a grilled one on a day like this!
Blimey, I really wilt in the heat - always have! I really want to get going with the running again so I will have to get up super early to avoid the heat for the next few days! I woke at 4.00 and decided that was a tad early but now I wish I had gone out then! I was almost fluorescent pink this morning!
