After my run on Tuesday the 28 minutes of week 8 run 3 were straight forward, although it was quite warm this evening. Looking forward to moving on to week 9 on Sunday. Graduation is no only 3 unaway and i cant believe it. Is there a special graduation podcast or is there just one for week 9?
