So I'd like to say to anyone who is considering giving up..... PLEASE DON'T. I nearly did in week 7... But I am so glad that I didn't. Tonight I managed to keep on running beyond the 30 minutes and in fact managed 35! So chuffed. My distance was 5.83km in 41mins 56sec so pleased.
I owe my new found fitness to Laura and the NHS couch to 5km as I really would never have done anything like this before.
I graduate on Thursday! Then I need to start the training for the 10km in September and the half marathon in October!!!
