Second 25 min run.

Wk 7 run 1 completed this morning. Again, I chose a route that meant I was running uphill in the second half of the run - but I did it on purpose this time!! It was enjoyable enough, but I didn't have much energy. Also, found the music for this week rather uninspiring... Think Mon and Wed will have my own soundtrack.

Wildlife watch: numerous sheep, 1 snail (possibly dead), hundreds of bees, 5 horses.

well done! I did w7r2 today, I have to admit that I've not tackled the big hill on my run - I go over many undulations but turn at the bottom of the beast, as it were (it is a biggie!). So well done you!
