Awful run this morning. Firstly I didn't sleep well last night so no energy. Secondly, in my wisdom decided on a different route to mix it up a bit. Ended up with steeper roads than normal and so out of breath and stopping. I stopped about 4/5 times during the 36 min (actual run.. Exc warmup/cool down) I'm not going to let it affect me though as I know why I stopped etc. so onwards and upwards to week 9. By the way the first 2 runs of week 8 were really easy hence the decision to take a different route.
