Stunned and amazed....

Wow. Boy am I happy. So stunned I had to write this before I even get in the bath after my final run of the week. After all my musing of the last few weeks where I struggled to run for 1/2 hour or went back to bed instead! I have persevered. I went back to week 9 with Laura and went out. I've enjoyed it and tried to sprint the last min. Well today I don't know what happened, whether runkeeper was feeling generous or if the over ripe banana helped. I did my best time ever by a long shot! Normally I do 2.6 miles (inc warm up/down) in the 40 min. Today I did 3!! And shaved off minutes on my pace. I didn't think I was running faster, conscious not to really so I could finish. I did sprint my last minute again. I'm so happy I can't explain it. I know it might be a blip but so what! I've only graduated a few weeks ago so I've come so far since starting out this programme.
