Woke in the early hours of this morning with the usual unpleasantness associated with stomach bugs. So, no run for me this morning!
I feel guilty because I wanted an extra rest day anyway - been finding my muscles have been protesting the last week or so....clearly I've still got some way to go in building up fitness!
Anyway, hopefully I'll be better by Wednesday. Going to do the stamina podcast and MAYBE the speed one on Friday.
