I've finally got round to doing week 4, I've been dragging out my rest days so I think each week has been lasting nearly a fortnight. However, I'm now so confident I've actually gone out in broad daylight as opposed to 6am in the morning when no one is around. Well, I say broad daylight - it was 6pm with people on their way home from work, kids milling around and your friendly local dog walkers. I can safely say that I'm well and truly knackered but, and it's a big but, I've run my fastest mile and gone the longest distance! How chuffed am I?!!!! Think I need to treat myself to some proper training clothes now as it looks like I'm well on my way to becoming a real life proper regular runner!
