Week 5 done run 1 hurrah

Decided to do the run on my usual dog walk route which includes 2 steep hills and just keep going. I am so chuffed I managed those three five minute runs and the last one was up the hill- OK even a snail could have passed me but it was a HUGE unexpected success for me. i nearly gave up but managed to switch my mind to just that next bit of ground. It's a lovely day, birds are singing and I feel good (sound like the words of a new song)
