Feeling pretty good at the moment!

Got on the scales this morning after a week of c25k and the NHS Choices Weight Loss plan to find I'd lost 4 1/2 lb., then measured my waistline, gulp, 1 1/2 inches lost and then completed run 1 of week 2 earlier this evening. Yay!!

That's amazing! Congratulations! I still haven't lost anything but every time I catch a glimpse of my legs in a reflective surface I stop, and go 'they must be getting more toned... yes, definitely... my knees are much more shapely.' It's the little things that keep me going...
