Going off-programme?

I did W4R2 yesterday fairly easily and then today I just felt like I wanted to go out without Laura and test how far I could run. I planned a route in my head which turned out to be pretty much exactly 1 mile. And I ran the whole distance! It took just a tiny bit over 13 minutes.

SO I'm thinking I may as well skip W4R3 and just move onto W5R1? Though maybe not tomorrow =P
