Had finished WK 4 successfully but been busy with work and went away for a couple of days which means its been 9 days without following the plan. Help what do I do?? do WK4 again, lost motivation what's happened I was loving it???

Why not try Week 4 again and start afresh from there? That's what I would do.

And don't lose motivation for gawds sake! Just think of those post run endorphines flooding around your brain making you feel like WONDERWOMAN(MAN)!!!

Don't despair ... Relatively speaking that break was fine - even if your head is panicking, your legs and body won't have gone out of condition in that time! Yes, go back to a W4 run and see how you feel ... Steady as you go! If you feel runs need repeating, then so be it.... With luck you'll be pleasantly surprised, and discover the happy enthusiasm once again, and feel capable of moving on to week 5. Good luck, Linda x
