I'm doing it too and I think I saw your picture on their Facebook page. How will you be doing it (besides running)? I feel like I'm going to regret signing up for this as will be away on my holibobs for a week in June:)

Hi Tuffers, yep I have a FB page (Liz Cole Stott) I plan to run 3 times a week but do need to watch my right leg after nursing an injury so will listen to it and play safe. The other days I'm usually at the gym so I do Body Sculpt, Body Pump, BLT, Zumba and Low Impact Aerobics. If the weather turns naff I'm gong to go into the gym and do some cycling and rowing.

I've also got a weighted hula hoop which has been sitting in a cupboard for months so thought I would do 20 minutes of it about 3 times a week. I'm looking to try and find my waist again, I lost it about 20 years ago ;) If all else fails I just go out for a walk.

Have been busy this morning down at Parkrun doing a duty and although I walked and ran back from my post it was only 500M each way. This afternoon I'm out with friends for afternoon tea (very posh) but have told them they are taking a walk afterwards to help me get started, hope they take some sensible shoes with them.

Good luck Tuffers, will look out for you on the blogs, is your name the same as on here?

Can't quite get my head round their website but I'm missing the 5x50 team spirit and the impetus to do something every day. If the plan is to exercise and blog every day on this site, I might do that without signing up if that's the idea.

Not what you're looking for?
