Well managed to finish week 7 this morning. I have to admit I have struggled with this lot so jogs and am not looking forward to moving up to the 28 minutes.
I have picked up my pace a little so managing to jog a little further but I am close to totally done by the time I have finished. I guess I need to go back to snails pace for Week 8 to tr and complete the distance.

Keep going! It's good that you know you can go a bit faster now - but as you say, it's a good idea to drop back a bit, so you'll have a bit in reserve for the slightly longer runs of week 8. Then when you've graduated (not long now!) you can go back to that faster pace and consolidate it.
I found the tiredness started to build up a bit when they were all long ones with no breaks, and had an extra recovery day or two, but you might not want to do that. It's easy to forget that just a few weeks ago 60 seconds seemed forever!
