Hey ladies, I loved Laura's encouragement too, but found the music a bit samey and tedious for the longer runs in weeks 7-9. So, once I'd heard Laura tell me that I was a runner - at the very end of the last run in W6 - I started using my own music and a watch ... and loving running even more! (Laura is less evident on the long run podcasts, anyway) If you have a good selection of your favourite tunes, you can find the stuff with a beat to suit your own running pace. Lots of luck both, you'll be graduating in next to no time
I truly enjoy the music. Nothing I'd play in the car or at home but it keeps me smiling for some reason while I'm running. "I've got two feet on the ground and my heart is something-something all around". LOL. What ever works for you is the ticket.
