swimming with kinesiology tape?

I'm all strapped up until tomorrow (physio orders) but can go swimming or cycling - zero impact required.

Got cabin fever, so wanted to take kids swimming while I do some HIIT swimming, will the tape stay put? Got visions of it floating off down the deep end... :)

It is supposed to withstand getting wet, however when I was strapped up a couple of months ago mine only stayed on for 3 quick showers, had to go back to physio for re-taping.

I love HIIT when swimming its a really good workout, missing the swimming as my new club doesn't have a pool yet, 2014 new Olympic sized pool opens, can't wait.

Thanks oldgirl, think I'll risk it! Need to get moving before I nod off, also gonna get revenge on DS1 who's been sleeping off his first hangover ;)

Haha I remember those days I had 2 x DS's, you always knew when they had had a pint or 3, the snores that came from their bedroom was deafening! :)

Luckily his twin looked after him, he can't stand the stuff, although identical they're complete opposites. He's spent the day in Bristol wandering round a street art festival, other son came swimming but declared himself "bored" after half an hour, so his younger brother followed suite and climbed out.

tape stayed put, btw!

Does that mean you have 4 sons or have I got it wrong? Glad the tape stayed on and hope the injury sorts soon too.
