So I was running on Sunday and I clearly did something to my foot... I don't remember doing it I thinks ge first time I noticed it was on the cool down but I was doing interval training so every part of my body !
Anyways 4 days later and I still can't put any weight on my foot without a lot of pain there's no swelling or bruising and I've tried icing it... It's my left foot and the pains on the left in front of my heel any ideas what to do/what I cools have done???
