A healthy 12 and a half stone.

This post is to remind me of why I am doing this. I WILL get back to this shape...

What a great idea. Remember to post one when you get there again!

You were flying ... and when you finish the programme you will be again! Go for it - I haven't lost much weight, only a few pounds, but have received many comments on how fit and well I look. And the fitness feels brilliant - I had to walk an uphill route yesterday which I haven't done for ages, and did it easily whereas before I was quite puffed out!

And the running is such a buzz - keep it up!

What a great idea. I shall put a pic of myself on my desk - does that look a bit vain?, so I can look at when I am tempted to nibble or snack.

I also believe that anyone wanting to lose weight by running should watch 'Running for my existence' on Youtube ~ a truly inspirational clip.

Good luck with the programme.

What a great motivator - I will do the same on my kitchen notice board, or perhaps better still on the back of the front door :-)

What a cracking photo! Brill. it's totally doable. And inevitable if you work at it!

Great idea, keep at it! Due to lack of photos I keep mentally picturing myself at my favourite weight/fitness. It really is achievable! :)

I've done this also, a pic of me on a girly holiday when I was at my goal weight about 6 years ago. I felt fantastic and I want to feel that way again, so I look at it whenever I feel down to keep me motivated - good luck with everything :-)
