Today i completed my 3rd 10k run. I think it went pretty well, my legs felt great, my breathing was good, only downside was the niggling lower back pain, which |I've been having for about a week (it's worse when I've been sitting of lying down for a while and eases off when I walk, but niggled every so often on my run).
On the plus side my back is no worse for having run, so I'll just keep up with the exercises.
I have my first charity run on Sunday, DoItForCharity in Regents Park, I'm running to raise money for Bromley Mencap
You should sign up for a local 10k...there is one end of June organised by my running club (orpington road runners) and then another local road race first week of July...let me know if you want me to send the links,
You are doing fab!!! I did the Ted Pepper 10k race over the bank holiday staring at Normans Park
