Have many of you ever felt like repeating a week before moving up to the next? Ive completed the second run in week two and feel ok about it all but week 3 looks (to me anyway) quite a jump up from what I’ve been doing! I’m going to see what the last run In week two feels like but any words of wisdom would be appreciated!
Thanks!

I think a few repeat whole weeks and some repeat single runs if they don't feel like they completed it. I would go for week 3 and slow your 3 minute run down. I've just completed run 2 of week 3 and the only run I have ever repeated was week 1 run 1 because I couldn't do it!...take a look at my first ever post!
Thank you! I definitely think I will try the first run of week 3 incase I surprise myself! Haven’t had to repeat anything yet so I’m feeling hopeful. Shall take a look at your post ☺️
Some do, but it's not necessary if you have completed the previous run move on to the next. Honestly the programme is magic, it looks like a big jump but you have been prepared for it. I used to scare the bejesus out of myself by looking ahead - but I managed and if I can...you can Try it and see.
I’m starting to realise the magic! Haha never thought I’d be able to get to even week two before I started so I will just continue and try week 3 before thinking of repeating ☺️ thank you! ☺️
Hi I haven’t actually repeated a run but felt like it when I have looked at the following week to come and had a feeling of dread but you can do it , you are getting there and you should be proud that you are getting fit and active. It may seem like a jump and believe me I thought the same too but you can do this . Take it slow and see how you feel. I didn’t think that I could do it and ended up with a massive smile on my face at the end. It’s not a race it’s your body and a lot of it is psychological. I kept repeating I can do this I can do this and I am now on week 7 and proud 😊
Good for you, you finished the last so no reason to not finish the next. PMA you can do it, go for it and remember Old Floss's advice; slow and steady x
I did repeat weeks 7 and 8 as I didn't feel ready to move on but now that I'm in week 9 and one run off graduating, looking back it was definitely a psychological thing. I had to overcome by head telling me it was too big a jump, I did not believe I could do it.
You've had some great advice above, slow down for the longer runs and believe in yourself. You've got this.
Move on... treat each run with anticipation.. go slowly and steadily and just enjoy the journey... each run prepares you for the next run.. and you get stronger with each and every run
Hi this is my first time commenting but have been looking over the forum the last couple of weeks. To be honest I felt exactly the same as you but after reading these comments decided to go on to week 3 run 1 today rather than repeat week 2 run 3 and have managed to complete it so if I can do it I am sure you can as well.
It’s a great feeling isn’t it ? I have just finished my first 25 Mina non stop run and I never thought that I would get this far . Slow and steady is the way to go 😊
