Well I completed the course nearly three weeks ago now and I'm continuing to run 30 minutes 3 times a week. I'm still enjoying it but i don't seem to be improving at all, although saturday I did run for 35 minutes . I think also because I haven't reached 5 k I feel I haven't achieved what I should by now. Anyone got any words of wisdom to keep me going?

Just think though, running 30 minutes 3 times a week - that's great!

Have you tried any of the graduate podcasts?

I have been using Stepping stone, although it's too bloody fast for me, so I got my son to use some audio software to slow it down by 10%!

I think just keep going. I was very aimless after graduating and started stopping earlier and earlier in a run. Have now started b210k just to give me some focus and it is better. It will come in time.
