Woke up at 5:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so thought I'd go out for my first run of week 2. I'm not a morning person whatsoever usually :L However it didn't quite work out that way - I got halfway through the podcast (all the while being a little confused) before I realised I'd hit week 1, obviously wasn't listening to the beginning bit haha.
So I did half of week 1 and half of week 2. Runs were okay, so much nicer being out there when there's no-one else around (I had a whole park to myself haha) - there might be something in this early morning running lark!
I shall do week 2 properly three times before moving on I think. Rather pleased to have gotten further than I did last time - I repeated week one a few times in November before I had to postpone because of health issues and such.
So yes, I *think* I can say that, technically, I did half of W2R1. Learnt two things today though - 1) I seriously need to pay attention and 2) I love being outside early in the morning when there's just you, the road/park and the birds.

Morning rocketred. I too use to say I was not a morning person but love running early doors. I run at 5am on a work day and about 7am other times. I was running at 7 in my local park this morning and it was quite busy!!!!! I love being out there by myself and the solitude it brings. Full time job, two small kids, partner and studying leaves very little me time!!! So I guess now I am a morning person......
I started week 7 this morning, keep going this plan is truly amazing. You can and will do it.
